 With body parts in tow, zombies will gather in Skyline Park on Saturday, October 22, to break a Guinness Book World Record while also helping the Food Bank of the Rockies. The 6th Annual Zombie Crawl is aiming to break the world record for the most zombies to gather in one place. The current official record is 4,093 zombies who gathered at the Asbury Park Boardwalk in New Jersey on October 30, 2010. Last year, the Denver Zombie Crawl had approximately 7,600 zombies, and is expecting up to 20,000 this year.

Aurora man who says he bought balloon boy saucer to put it on display

A man who claims he bought the balloon boy saucer says he plans to put it on display at his sports card store in Aurora on Thursday, then cut it up for souvenirs.

 Michael Fruitman told the Denver Post he bought the balloon from a California attorney representing the owners. The attorney for Richard and Mayumi Heene</ said an Aurora man paid $2,502 earlier this month for the balloon, but the buyer didn't want to be identified.
