Paving operations continue on I-70 this weekend and through next week

Rotomilling and paving operations will continue on I-70 between Sand Creek and Havana Street this weekend and into next week.  As a result, there will be various lane closures on eastbound and westbound I-70 between Peoria Street and Quebec Street.  Motorists should expect delays and seek alternate routes.

Ride the Rockies rerouted through Loveland

Due to the High Park Fire and associated air quality concerns, the final leg of the Ride the Rockies bicycle event between Estes Park and Fort Collins will be rerouted Friday through Loveland. 

Road Work at Evans and Broadway to take place June 8th-11th

As part of the South Broadway phase II work, the City and County of Denver and Castle Rock Construction will be connecting a large storm sewer at the intersection of Evans Avenue and Broadway. This will require work to start at 7:00 p.m. Friday, and end by Monday at 5:30 a.m.

CDOT redrafts improvements on I-70 in Denver

The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT), in partnership with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), is announcing that it will be redrafting the Draft Environmental Impact Statement that serves as the basis for future improvements to the Interstate 70 East Corridor from Brighton Boulevard to Tower Road in Denver. 

Construction at Evans and Broadway continues this Friday

The work scheduled at the intersection of Evans and Broadway will begin at 7:30 p.m., Friday, May 18, and end by 3:30 p.m., Saturday, May 19.
