Happy hour to help disadvantaged children in Denver

With the hope of providing a better life for children in the local community, the Mile High Society Project will host its next social benefit event for The Denver Active 20-30 Children’s Foundation Feb. 3 at The Whiskey Bar Downtown. A $15 donation at the door goes straight into the pockets of the selected beneficiary – and gets attendees a complimentary cocktail and appetizers. Altitude Peak Fitness will guest host the event, providing support and collaboration.

The Mile High Society Project launched in August 2010 and holds happy hour benefit events the first Thursday of every month for a different non-profit at a different bar or restaurant. Locals are encouraged to “party for a purpose” and give back to local social causes while networking and socializing at various Denver hotspots.
